How do you make event tickets in bulk?

Design one ticket in Canva and fill the guest name, seat, or ticket code from a sheet. Layerre generates each file. Use this for real events, not fake tickets.

You already have the guest list. The ticket is a designed card with a name, a seat, and a code on it. Design that card once in Canva and fill it from the sheet. Use this for real events you are hosting. It is not a way to forge tickets for someone else's venue, and Layerre does not sell tickets or scan them at the door.

Fields that belong on the ticket

Name, ticket type (general, VIP, speaker), seat or table, and a short code you already store in the sheet. If the door needs something scannable, put that code string in the design as text. Layerre fills the text. It does not generate a barcode format you have not drawn. If the code must be a barcode, the barcode image has to be a URL in the sheet, produced by whatever system already issues codes.

One event, one template

Keep the event name, date, and venue as static text in Canva. Only the guest fields are mapped. A second event with the same layout can duplicate the Canva file and change the static lines, or you can map event name and date too if you run several events through one template.

Output

PDF if someone will print at home or you will send a pack to a printer. PNG if the ticket is an email attachment or a wallet-style preview. Generate one guest, check the long name, then run the list. Name tags for the same event are the sibling job: ID badges and name tags.
