How do you make marketing banners in bulk?

A marketing banner is rarely one file. The same offer has to exist as a wide image, a square, and sometimes a story, and then again next week with a different price. Designing the master in Canva is the part designers already do. Repeating it is the part that should come from a sheet.

Sheet columns that cover most banners

headline, price or offer, locale, and image_url for the product photo. One row, one banner. If you truly need three aspect ratios, use three Canva frames (or three pages) and generate each size from the same row. Do not stretch one 1200×630 file and call it a story.

Mockups

A device or packaging mockup is the same workflow. Put the screenshot or product photo in an image frame, put the label in a text box, and map a sheet of image URLs. One row, one mockup. It does not need a separate mockup product.

Watermarks

Put the watermark in the Canva template as its own text or logo layer. Every generated banner includes it. If the mark must change per row (a photographer credit, a trial stamp), map that layer to a column. Layerre does not sell a separate watermarking tool. The mark is just a layer.

When Bulk Create is enough
